TWD pilates focuses on Mind & Body training. We will work on mental and physical wellbeing as a whole incorporating breathwork, grounding techniques and movement with Elina Nubium Reformer. You’ll leave each session feeling invigorated and centered!
Yes absolutely! Everyone’s needs and starting points are different. Each session will be personalised based on goals and fitness levels. With over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, NASM certified Corrective exercise coach, Personal trainer and Wellness Coach I believe in building a strong foundation and progressing clients effectively to get the best results.
For all new clients we will begin with a consultation to determine your goals, roadblocks and fitness level which can be done in person or via online.
Our first in studio session will include “get to know” the reformer and introduce you to safety techniques.
It will depend on your goals but for beginners I would recommend minimum of twice a week to start.
